Want to ship your device for repair? Below you'll find instructions on how to safely package it.
Fill out the repair order form at /zlecenie or include a note with your name, phone number, and problem description.
Write down passwords on a piece of paper and prepare the SIM card if we agreed on it during our conversation (details below).
Carefully pack your device following the instructions below.
Ship the package using one of the methods below.
Check before sealing the box — this will speed up our diagnosis.
Write down the system password (Windows/Mac) and screen lock code (if any) on a note. Without these, diagnostics may be delayed.
Include ONLY if you suspect it's faulty. We have laboratory power supplies.
The SIM card is only needed if we agreed on it during our conversation. Otherwise, remove the SIM before shipping (for security).
A note with: your name, phone number, email, and problem description. Without this, we won't know who sent the package!
No need to include cables — we have them all
Do NOT ship a drive in just a bubble mailer — that's not enough protection! A cardboard box is the minimum.

Laptop was water-damaged? Do NOT turn it on! Pack it up and ship as soon as possible.

Remove the SD card with data BEFORE shipping (unless it's the SD card that needs repair).
Use what you have at home: a towel, fleece, hoodie, scarf — wrap the device and place it in a box. The key is that the device must not move inside the package. Fill empty spaces with crumpled newspapers or rags.

InPost packages (Quick Returns) are insured up to 5,000 PLN. In case of damage or loss — we handle the full claim.
We treat your data confidentially. Upon request, we sign an NDA agreement before starting work. Drives never leave our laboratory.
After repair, we ship the device back via InPost at our cost. Don't accept the quote? We still ship it back for free — zero risk.
