How to pack your device?

Laptop / MacBook

Wrap in bubble wrap or thick fabric (towel, blanket)
Place in a box — the laptop must NOT move around
Fill empty spaces with newspaper or styrofoam

Water damage? Do NOT turn it on! Pack and ship ASAP.

HDD / SSD Drive

Wrap in bubble wrap (minimum 2-3 layers)
Place in a rigid box — NOT in an envelope!
Fill empty spaces, the drive must sit firmly

A bubble envelope is not enough — a box is the minimum!

Phone / Console

Turn off the device, remove the case
Wrap in bubble wrap or soft fabric
Place in a box or rigid bubble envelope

Remove the SD card (unless it needs repair).

How does the repair work?

We receive your package

After delivery, you will receive an SMS + email with your order number.

Diagnosis and quote

1-2 days

A technician inspects the device and identifies the issue. Quote is free — diagnosis is included in repair cost.

Quote — You decide

1-2 days

Within 1-2 business days we send a detailed quote via SMS and email. You decide: we repair, or ship back for free. Zero pressure.

Repair

2-5 days

After accepting the quote, we begin the repair. Standard time: 2-5 business days. Express (24-48h) for an extra fee.

Payment and return

1-2 days

You pay by card, bank transfer, BLIK, or cash. After confirmation, we safely pack and ship via InPost locker at our cost.

Total time

From shipping to receiving your repaired device: 5-10 business days (standard). Express mode: 3-5 days.

Payment methods

How much does a repair cost?

Approximate prices: computer repair from 150 PLN, screen replacement from 250 PLN, data recovery from 400 PLN. Exact quote after diagnosis. If you don't accept the price — we ship your device back for free.

How fast will I get a quote?

We send a quote within 1-2 business days of receiving your device (SMS + email). Total time from shipping to receiving repaired device: 5-10 business days. Express mode (24-48h repair): +300 PLN.

How do I pay for the repair?

We accept: debit/credit card, bank transfer, BLIK, cash (for in-person pickup). You pay AFTER repair, never upfront. VAT invoice on request. We send payment details together with the quote.

Do I need to include a charger?

No — we work with lab power supplies, so a charger is not required. Include it only if you suspect it's damaged and want it tested.

What about system passwords / lock codes?

Write down the system login password (Windows/Mac) and screen lock code (phone) on a note and include it in the package. Without the password, diagnostics may be delayed. Include the SIM card only if we agreed on it during our conversation. Your data is treated confidentially — we sign NDAs on request.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! InPost locker shipping both ways is completely free. You ship for free via Quick Returns, and we also ship the repaired device back at our cost. Shipment insured up to 5,000 PLN.

Can I ship without creating an online account?

Yes! Just ship the package via InPost Quick Returns and include a note with your contact info (name, phone, email, problem description). An account on naprawiam.online is optional — it gives you repair status tracking.
