Do I need to sign a contract?
We don't require a formal contract to start. We begin the cooperation with the first order. If you prefer a framework agreement — we'll gladly prepare one.
How long does a typical order take?
Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days. Diagnostics usually takes 1–2 days. In urgent cases, we offer express service.
What if the data can't be recovered?
The rule is simple: No Data — No Fee. If we can't recover the data, you don't pay for the recovery. You only pay for diagnostics.
Will my client know that KolegaInformatyk is handling the job?
Only if you want them to. By default, we operate in a white-label model — the client communicates with you, and we are your backend.
How do I deliver the media to your lab?
We accept courier shipments, parcel lockers, and personal deliveries. Our laboratory is located in Gdańsk at ul. Dragana 16H/1. We're happy to help arrange shipping.
