We check the model, memory chip and lock type. We determine whether the forgotten password can be recovered on the device while keeping the data, and give you a realistic quote before any work begins.
We recover the password, PIN or pattern directly on the phone using lab equipment. We do not perform a reset - the memory holding your data stays untouched throughout.
Once the lock is removed we confirm that photos, contacts and messages are present and readable. We copy nothing while breaking the lock - the data stays on the phone the whole time.
We hand back the unlocked phone and, on request, additionally copy your data to a storage medium. We also advise how to set up a safe backup so it doesn't happen again.
