How to Launch Windows Recovery Mode and Enter BIOS?

If Windows boots:

1. Through Start Menu: Go to Start -> Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery -> Restart now
2. Shift + Restart combination: Hold Shift and click Restart
3. From login screen: Click power button, hold Shift and click Restart
4. Through Task Manager: Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, hold Shift and click Restart
5. Using Command Prompt: Run shutdown.exe /r /o /t 0
6. Three power cycles: Turn on, when Windows logo appears, force shutdown. Repeat three times.
7. From Windows installation media

Without starting Windows (BIOS/UEFI keys):

1. Dell: Usually F2
2. HP: Usually F10
3. Lenovo: F1 or Enter then F1
4. ASUS: Usually F2
5. Acer: Usually F2
6. Apple (MacBook): Hold Option (or Alt) during startup
7. MSI: Usually Del
8. Toshiba: Usually F2
9. Samsung: Usually F2
10. Sony (VAIO): Usually Assist key
11. Fujitsu: Usually F2
12. Panasonic: Usually F2
13. LG: Usually F2 or Del
