Verification and return

If the media condition allows, we show a file list for verification. After confirmation, we deliver data on new media.

How much does data recovery cost?

Prices start from 400 PLN for logical issues (deleted files) up to several thousand PLN for physical damage requiring cleanroom work. We provide an exact quote after media analysis (300 PLN, included in recovery cost).

How long does data recovery take?

Without analysis, it's impossible to determine the exact time — every media and damage is different. After analysis, we'll provide a precise deadline. Express 24h mode available (+500 PLN).

Is the analysis free?

The analysis costs 300 PLN. If we recover the data, it's included in the service price. If for any reason we only perform the analysis (client declines, data unrecoverable), you only pay 300 PLN for our work.

Can I ship my drive by courier?

Yes! Go to the Order tab — you'll find free InPost shipping. Send a parcel from any InPost locker or point at no cost. After recovery, we ship back at our expense.

Do you recover data from broken phones?

Yes — we recover data from smartphones with damaged screens, water damage, and locked devices. We support both Android and iPhones.

What if the data can't be recovered?

In that case, you don't pay for the recovery. You only pay for the analysis (300 PLN). We return the media in the condition we received it.
